LC Student Workers: Please help us test out the library's draft version of the LibQual+ survey, which will be released to the campus later this month!

The survey is available at http://www.libqual.org/Preview/index.cfm?ID=608834

Here's what we need to know:

How long does it take you to complete the survey, beginning to end?
Did you get stuck on any aspect of the survey (which ones)?
Do you have major complaints or issues?
Do you see any typos/errors/omissions in the discipline questions (number 42)?
Did you have any trouble choosing a discipline category that matches your major (if you have one)?
Other feedback welcome!

There are sheets you can fill out with your feedback at the LC Desk (give the sheet to your supervisor, who will give it to Emily), or you can email your answers to ealling@library.umass.edu

All responses are anonymous, and your answers on the test survey won't count in the final survey statistics. Also, we're not offering free beverage coupons for the test survey (but you'll get one if you complete the actual survey later in February!).

Thanks so much for your help and feedback.
Emily
