KRONOS IS HERE IN THE LC!

Here is a copy of a memo regarding the new Kronos machine in the staff lounge. Please start using this machine to punch in and out now instead of the one in the Circulation Office. If you don't know where this is, ask your supervisor:

A 2nd Kronos timeclock has been installed in the staff lounge on the lower level. It is located on the wall across from the refrigerator at the southern end of the room. Staff may recall this was requested so Circulation could lock their office door when the department wasn't open on the overnights and weekends.

During regular hours, student employees can swipe in and out on either machine. When the Circulation Office is locked, the students must use the Kronos machine on the lower level.

We have been testing this machine for a few weeks and it seems to be functioning. Should student employees experience problems swiping in or out please report the issue to the Business Office.
