This happens to be me, Carol Will, the new Coordinator of the Learning Commons. Say hi to me if you see me! If you ever need to talk to me you can call 545-7895 or email me at cwill@library.umass.edu or just stop in the LC Office to say hi.

A few years ago I was a supervisor at the LC desk; some of you might remember that as it wasn't all that long ago. I am really excited to be back on the LC side.

Welcome back to the Learning Commons!!! There have been some big changes to the LC over the summer.

Carol Will rejoins our staff as the new Coordinator of the Learning Commons. Emily Alling will be leaving on September 4th to become the Library Director of Marlboro College in Vermont.

The new LC Staff offices are located in the space formerly occupied by the break room. If you ever need to find Peter, Paul, Dan or Carol, be sure to check in there.

Bridget Owen has left the Library to pursue graduate studies at Simmons College in Boston. We are in the process of hiring a new Weekend Supervisor.

During this transition, we will rely upon you to continue the great work you have been doing in the Learning Commons. Best of luck for a successful, productive and enjoyable Fall semester.
