Please remember that patrons may NOT under any circumstances put their own paper in any printer or copier in the Learning Commons. Recently it was reported that the LC staff allowed people to remove our paper and put in their own. Bob the Ikon man says that this cannot be allowed as it will damage the printers and copiers. If you see patrons doing this, please report it to your supervisor.

PAYCHECKS/PAYCHECK STUBS

Please come pick up your paychecks before you leave. Even if you've been getting direct deposit, you still need to pick up your stubs.

The wonderful weather is here, and so is the air-conditioning...it's tempting to open the courtyard doors, but don't. This throws off the air-conditioning system throughout the building.

If you see any doors to the courtyard propped open, please close them.

If it gets too hot for some reason, report it to the Building Monitors.
