When people come to the desk looking for us to print stuff for them, kindly direct them to the UCard machine where they can deposit money to their UCard, or they can purchase a guest card. They can also deposit money online to their card if they don't happen to have cash. Direct them to the UCard website to do this. People should not depend on us to print stuff for them from "our" guest cards. Use the guest cards sparingly; in the event that a patron's printout is defective due to equipment failure or in the case where the UCard machine is down. Thanks!
